MyPanelQuote ("we", "us") operates mypanelquote.com, a free service that connects homeowners with independent licensed electrical contractors. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and answers about your home and the service you need.
- Consent record: the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, kept as proof of your permission to be contacted.
- Usage data: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here, and similar information collected through cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To match your request with an independent licensed electrician who serves your area, and to share your information with that electrician so they can contact you about your project.
- To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as you agreed.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website.
- To comply with the law and protect against fraud.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one electrical contractor matched to your area. If that contractor is unable to help, we may match you with another single contractor. We also use service providers that host this website, store data, send email and measure advertising (for example Meta). We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text messages
If you agreed to receive texts, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand which ads lead to requests. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, typically up to five years for consent records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@mypanelquote.com. Contractors you were matched with keep their own records and their own privacy practices apply to them.
Children
This site is intended for adults who own or manage a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
