Terms of Use

1. What MyPanelQuote is
MyPanelQuote is a free referral service. We collect your request and pass it to an independent electrical contractor who serves your area. We are not an electrical contractor, we do not perform electrical work, and we do not employ the contractors we refer.
2. Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor. We encourage you to verify a contractor's license with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (myfloridalicense.com) before hiring. We do not guarantee any quote, price, availability or result.
3. Consent to be contacted
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that MyPanelQuote and one licensed electrician it matches you with may contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling the caller, or emailing hello@mypanelquote.com.
4. Your information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized occupant of the property, or are acting with their permission. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No professional advice
Content on this site is general information only. It is not electrical, insurance or legal advice. Insurance requirements vary by insurer and policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPanelQuote is not liable for any work performed or not performed by a contractor, or for any loss arising from your use of this site or a contractor's services. The site is provided "as is".
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
